about us

ARTANALYSIS is an independent archaeometry laboratory.

Founded in 2008 and incorporated as a simplified joint-stock company (S.A.S.) in 2016, the Artanalysis laboratory was restructured in 2018 around a team of researchers and scientists.

In 2026, the laboratory continues to evolve with new independent experts joining the team.

Every year, we update our methodology, work with new technologies and advance our research to provide detailed analysis reports.

The laboratory has collaborated with major institutions such as the Louvre, as well as museums, galleries, auction houses and research centres worldwide.

Artanalysis has worked on the works of hundreds of artists, including:

Van Gogh, Le Douanier Rousseau, Courbet, Picasso, Cimabue, Delacroix, Malevich, Foujita, Degas, Tiepolo, Rothko, Lanskoy, Renoir, Kandinsky, Mitchell, Gontcharova, Monet, Matisse, Van Dyck, Chardin, Gauguin.
